This was actually the first time I went continuously for at least 300 metres without stopping every 100. LOL. I think I&#8217;m somewhat out-of-shape already; that or I have to really be more efficient with my strokes and breathing.<\/p>\n<p>Tomorrow, I&#8217;m going to run 6 miles. Yep, I&#8217;ve verified it: my schedule is correct &#8212; 6 miles tomorroz and then 8 or 9 miles on Sunday.
