I might&#8217;ve gone too fast in the beginning because after about 5 minutes, I started to feel tired! LOL. I rested by using the kickboard and went for 100 metres on it before I began doing freestyle and breastroke laps again. Tomorrow, if time permits, I need to run 3 miles and then I&#8217;ll either swim for 40 minutes on Thursday or do a 4-miler; I haven&#8217;t decided yet!<\/p>\n<p>Odd thing about my training schedule, and I&#8217;m not sure why it&#8217;s like this: I have a 6-miler on Saturday and then an 8-10 miler on Sunday?! I have to consult <a href=\"http:\/\/www.halhigdon.com\/\">Hal Higdon<\/a> on this one (well, his website anyway ;))<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Notes:<br \/>\nWent lap swimming today.
