My calves felt somewhat tight in the beginning but that dissipated after the first quarter mile. It was also rather warm today so I was glad I wore a short-sleeved shirt and sleeveless compression shirt&#8230; I was going to wear my &#8220;Heatgear&#8221; long-sleeve compression shirt (it would&#8217;ve been perfect for days like this) but I haven&#8217;t washed it yet! LOL.
