I should really log how many metres I do per training. I do recall taking kickboard &#8216;breaks&#8217; after every 100 metres. LOL I even used a <a href=\"http:\/\/swimming.about.com\/library\/weekly\/aatp_pullbuoy.htm\">pull buoy<\/a> for 50 metres; talk about swimming all over the place! Thank goodness I had my own lane. I guess I still need to practise on my balance.<\/p>\n<p>Despite using all those swim accoutrements, I\u00a0went fairly easy as I had &#8220;recovery&#8221; in my mind the entire time. Tomorroz, I have to do another 2 mile walk and then on Saturday (or Sunday) a 5-miler then recovery over!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Notes:<br \/>\nWent for a 30-minute lap swimming session.
