I wasn&#8217;t too bad; I was definitely working on my legs moreso than my arms, though &#8212; I have a feeling I should&#8217;ve done the opposite. Still, it was a great cardio workout and tomorroz (and Thursday), I&#8217;m scheduled to rest!
