LOL.<\/p>\n<p>This run was waaay better than my mid-week run on Thursday. Eventhough I was feeling my left calf within the first 3 miles of the run and my mind was playing the whole &#8220;<em>well you don&#8217;t want to injure yourself so just turn around now<\/em>&#8221; conversation with me, but I beat it and kept running.<\/p>\n<p>Felt strong after the whole calf thingy and I thought I maintained my pace throughout (moreso than my previous long runs anyway).
