The run itself was laborious and my calf started acting up after the first mile! I was supposed to do 4 miles too but decided that 3 is ok and needed to &#8216;reserve&#8217; my legs for this weekend&#8217;s longer run. Ugh. I should&#8217;ve gone swimming instead.<\/p>\n<p>Oh, I forget to start my Garmin! Hahaha.
