It’s always inspiring to workout next to this kickarse lady @kiplyn70 🏽🏽 Today, since we couldn’t access the rings, we did some handstand push-ups instead. Kip did 5 HSPU every 90 seconds (for 7 rounds) and in the same interval, I did 2 . It’s the first time I did 2 in a row without an ab mat!
