Training Run (5 miles)

Notes:
I was not into this run at all. I don’t know if it was because of the wicked head winds, or the food I had for lunch or if I was still unwell from what I ate last night (see my entry titled Bad Salmon) but yeah, I wasn’t into running today. Still, I needed the mileage/preparation for this weekend’s 18-miler. I just hope that the Friday rest day is enough for me to recuperate or recharge my batteries, if you will, for the long run… Oh, and I hope it doesn’t rain on Saturday either! EEP!
