Long Run Training: 7 miles

Notes:
Burned a whopping 700 calories; that's the most I've expended since the beginning of training. My pace today was at an easy 14:16 minutes per mile — off my "normal" running pace but I'm getting there. Although I did more running than walking today, it was still too much walking for my taste; next weekend, I've got to run 12 miles and I really think I have to do my mid-week runs! The weather was beautiful, as usual, so that wasn't the problem. My soles of my feet still hurt — breaking in my shoes — so I really really need to break these in during the midweek run. It probably did not help that I skipped supper last night, too! Gotta remember to eat… lol!
