…of posts related to running! LOL! I can’t believe that most of what I’ve posted in the past month or two are about my training regimen! It’s good, of course cos I’m training but bad cos all I talk about now is running! LOL. Even at Irene’s party last night, all I could talk about was my running! Well, it wasn’t really my fault — they asked how my Hard Corps Marathon went and of course, I was more than happy to tell them that it was my personal best.

Speaking of Irene’s party, the wife of her colleague brought these delicious cakes — one of which was my fav cake: Mango Cake from this Filipino bakery called Red Ribbon. ZOMG! I had to have two slices cos I hadn’t had those in ages! Even if the slices I had were small, I still felt guilty about eating that much! That’s cos Irene had other Filipino dishes at the party and let’s just say it was the “Coronary Special” (i.e., fat fat and more fat!).

Sis (Minel, the Crazy Runner) is coming over today to show us her brand spanking new road bike. She’s also “lending” us her previous race bike — a Specialized Mountain Bike. It’s cool cos I can finally incorporate bike riding in my training regimen; it’s bad cos it’s not really fit for my size and we haven’t much room left in the garage! AHHHH. Can’t wait to see her road bike, though.
