Recovery: 30 minutes (swim)

Notes:
Went for a 30-minute lap swimming session. I should really log how many metres I do per training. I do recall taking kickboard ‘breaks’ after every 100 metres. LOL I even used a pull buoy for 50 metres; talk about swimming all over the place! Thank goodness I had my own lane. I guess I still need to practise on my balance.

Despite using all those swim accoutrements, I went fairly easy as I had “recovery” in my mind the entire time. Tomorroz, I have to do another 2 mile walk and then on Saturday (or Sunday) a 5-miler then recovery over!

Added “Latest Posts” — you can probably easily see it to your right… Dunno yet if I should modify it or just leave it as-is. I don’t even know why I added it; hahaha!

In other news, I hates Time Warner Cable right now. We haven’t been able to view the USA channel unless we’re watching it on the “HD” channel; otherwise, it’s all pixelated, and audio is choppy (if we’re lucky). >_< If DirectTV or Dish Netwok weren’t so darn fugly (i.e., hole through wall and that dish on yer roof), I’d totally switch to that company. Ugh!

p.s.,
I’m craving some sweets right now. Iono if I want to eat strawberries or go for the gold: Ben & Jerry’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. ^_^
