Notes:
Ok, on the schedule, I was supposed to run 12 miles today; however, since I missed the past 2 weeks (a 15 and 16 miler) I was hoping to run 16… As you can see, I made it to 12 but I should've gone for more. I was out of it again and turned around at 5.5 miles (e.g., I resovled myself to only do 11 miles). I think the boost that I need is to run this week (lol what's new?). at least do my 5- and 8-mile runs. Anyway, I burned 1,261 calories (minus about 250 calories from the energy blocks I ate). Ahhhh… I'm so dead for my 18-mile run next week. >_<
