Notes:
My last long run training before the San Diego Marathon and you'd think I'd have it good but today I felt somewhat sluggish about a mile and a half into my run. I kept going, however, and was determined to finish this run and not repeat what I did last weekend. In any case, I ran at about a 11:29 minute/mile pace and burned 856 calories. San Diego, here I come!

Long Run Training: 8 miles
A Friend from Church
A member from the Respect Life Committee at church that I am a part of has created a blog for another friend of ours at our church who is currently serving in the Armed Forces. I thought of sharing this link cos it should be interesting to read about this guy: he's a stay-at-home dad and will temporarily be serving with the Army in the Middle East… Although he has not been deployed yet, he's receiving training in TX. So yah, check it out!
Training Run: 3 miles
Notes:
Another good Nike training run. My group seems to be getting bigger as well! I had a nice big 14-person trail behind me.
Burned a loverly 359 calories, too.
