I woke up at 6:25AM this morning for my long training run and was unable to get out the door cos of my tummy. Ugh. Iono if it's the weather (it's pretty cold right now) or whatnot but I was in and out of the bathroom earlier today I'm gonna have to postpone this 12 mile run tomorrow. This sux. I have to remind myself to keep hydrated and eat some more watery rice porridge. >_<

In other news, my sis is currently running the Los Angeles Marathon! w00t. You go MINEL!
