Errands et errata.

I ran most of my errands today. I have a two or three more for tomorrow that I was unable to complete.

I also took my rest day early. I mean, I was going to run, but somehow, the earthquake messed up my schedule. I stayed an hour longer at home to watch the news >.< and that messed everything up. That and I had to work in a bit in the morning.

So tomorrow, I have to run for sure. The last time I didn't do my prescribed run was last week, and I paid for it during my long run on Sunday. Never again! Actually, I was supposed to do a 4-miler on Wednesday and ended up doing only 3 miles 'cuz I forgot! I mean, I assumed I only needed to run 3 miles… Blah blah blah. So yah. 4 miles tomorrow!

I had the ultimate indulgence today, too. In-N-Out burger (animal-style), fries, and a chocolate shake. I *really* need to run tomorrow. :)

Earthquake!

Did ya feel it? I felt it. I thought it was a sonic boom. After checking the news, and after going to the Earthquake report website, I realised that there was one! :)

Anyway, that was a nice short jolt.

Notes:
I ran on the Santa Monica course again and this time, I didn't get lost! I totally forgot to bring my Garmin running watch, so I couldn't accurately track my speed et al. I do know that I ran far again, 'cuz I made a wrong turn (one block too far). It's ok, though. It felt good.
