I woke up around 2:45AM this morning because it was soooo darn hot! There was no circulation in my room (despite having two open windows) so I got up and took a small fan from my sister's room. That helped a bit, but I still couldn't go back to sleep. I basically turned on my B&W 5″ TV to “Meet the Press” and guess who they were interviewing? John McCain! LOL. Within a few minutes of watching the telly, I fell asleep.

I was also so thirsty when I woke up! WTH. I'm not replenishing my liquids fast enough. I gotta recover with that today, else suffer again on my run tomorrow.
